Real estate agency in Paraguay

In January 2007 I, Uwe Hinz, came to Paraguay and also stayed here immediately. I got to know and love Paraguay. My work on the PC, which I did mainly in Germany, I gave up after some time more and more, but not completely. Mainly I still create my websites myself, which also takes a lot of work.

Today I dedicate myself almost exclusively to the correspondence with immigrants here in Paraguay and run quite successfully my own real estate business. It is also very important to me that everything has its orderly course and "legally" everything is in order. That is why I wrote my article about the real estate law in Paraguay, because I don't want my clients to fall into a costly trap, which could cost a lot of money.

Because of my presence in the internet, and because I have made a name for myself here in Paraguay for more than 10 years, more and more people from Europe contact me with general questions about Paraguay, the intention to buy real estate or just to get first information about this very exotic country. I am still happy about every email or message you send me, because it has long since become more than "just" my job to get in touch with interesting people, to get to know their needs and concerns and to take care of their problems.

I am happy to say that I have not only successfully gained a foothold, but also - if I may say so as a "gringo" - learned to understand this country. Many thanks to the people who have placed their trust in me.

From the beginning it was not only important for me to keep contact to the "old home country" and to get in touch with other European emigrants, but above all to build up and maintain contacts on the spot with the locals.
